The Event
The SheBelieves Summit, presented by Deloitte, is U.S. Soccer's premier leadership platform, bringing together influential voices across sports, business, media, and culture to inspire the next generation of women leaders. The 2026 edition was held at Victory Hall in Seattle alongside a USWNT match at Lumen Field — a full two-day celebration of women in sport. The Summit drew 700 attendees for a day of panels and fireside chats featuring Hilary Knight, Julie Foudy, Melinda French Gates, USWNT Head Coach Emma Hayes, and Brittany Bowe, among others.

How Blue Danube Productions Delivered
Blue Danube Productions served as the full-service AV and live production partner, designing and operating a complete technical infrastructure for the event. We deployed a multi-camera IMAG system — manned and PTZ cameras feeding a large LED wall backdrop — with strategically placed delay screens ensuring the rear of the venue matched the front-row experience. A custom wireless audio system provided seamless coverage across 700-plus seats, eliminating dead zones throughout. For the live stream, we managed a stable RTMP workflow with real-time cutaway capability for licensed content, while dynamic gobo lighting and programmable movers added energy during transitions without pulling focus from the stage.

Outcomes
The Summit reached well beyond its 700 in-room attendees, with thousands watching the live stream and over 2,400 video views extending the platform's reach to a national audience. The production ran without a hitch across a full day of high-profile programming. Technical Lead Chris Vanderbeek noted: "[The Blue Danube] team were terrific. We never know how our production teams or control rooms are [going to be] before an event, but this is one of the best groups I've worked with."
