Stronger Families Hope for Heroes Gala 2026

The Event

Stronger Families is a Bellevue-based nonprofit dedicated to changing the lives and legacies of those who serve and protect. Through workshops, retreats, and its signature OXYGEN program, the organization equips military, veteran, and first responder families with life-changing relationship skills so they can stay strong and thrive at home and at work. The Hope for Heroes Gala is its signature fundraising event. Held on October 17, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue, the gala brought together numerous business leaders, community partners, and supporters for an evening of inspiring speakers, personal stories, and giving.

How Blue Danube Productions Delivered

Blue Danube Productions partnered with Stronger Families to provide video production, technical staffing, and production management for the evening. The video production plan included HD camera equipment, video switching, dedicated show and graphics computers, presenter confidence monitors, and multichannel video recording. A dedicated crew of video technicians, a camera operator, and a graphics operator handled technical preparation and show operations. Beyond overseeing production logistics, our Production Manager also served as show caller, coordinating every cue and transition to keep the program moving smoothly.

Outcomes

By pairing technical expertise with centralized show leadership, Blue Danube Productions created a coordinated production environment that let the Stronger Families team focus on their speakers, their stories, and their fundraising mission. With a fundraising goal of $750,000, the evening crushed expectations and raised nearly $900,000, surpassing its target by 20 percent. This incredible outcome will soon bring relationship skills to more military, veteran, and first responder families.
